I bought this pencil a while back because I've run out of lip liner so i bought one to match with the lipstick that i have. I must say while it claimed to be multipurpose i found that it is only best used on the lips. It doesn't glide smoothly on the my eye and the pencil just broke. So i just use it on my lips. Personally i dislike this pencil but i've only tried the matte one so i don't know about the other types. I bet the creamy one must be suitable for the eyes.
i got my friend to buy this for me when she visits korea last year. i have num 49 (brown), 15 (coral) and 8 (light beige). bought it mostly because pony recommends it. i love the 49 because its great as eyeliner. its the only one i still use actually. the 15 one is meant for the lips and blush but i just don't feel that it suits my skin colour so i don't wear it. i bought 8 thinking that i could use it like a concealer but its just so hard to blend out and its really dry. would recommend the ones meant for eyeliners only for people who are searching for different shades of eyeliners.
For many years I've been giving Etude House a go, but no, still not a fan. I bought many of these sticks back when there was a sale.
Some of them are pretty good, glide on smoothly. But I remember the white one just broke from the packaging itself after 2 uses. My other sticks have its color insert missing, which is hard for me to identify the colors because I had so many sticks!!! I had to open one by one to find out what was what.
Other than that, guess it was easy to spin the back of the stick for more product.
Got to know this product because of Pony. She used this product in some of her makeup tutorial videos and it looks fantastic on her. That's why I decided to give it a try since the price is quite affordable.
I bought the 33 one during a sale in Etude House. The packaging is normal. I love the colour 33 and I use it daily as my blusher and lip gloss. The colour fits tighly to your skin and is lovely. It is convenient to bring around too.Hope to try out the other 101 pencils too as they have other creamy, matte and shiny effect!
I tried out two shades, one shimmery and one matte. The pigmentation is good in both, but the texture is very dry, especially for the matte pencil (Shade 19). Even though this is marketed as multi-purpose, it's a little hard to use due to its texture, especially for the eyes where it can be too hard to apply. It is very long lasting on the lips due to the drier formula, but I would still prefer something creamier. Not a fan of the shimmery pencil, the glitters are quite chunky, and only suitable on the eyes. Even then, it leaves more glitter than colour on the eyes. .
