I was very hesitant about buying this bronzer, I mean it sure is pricey and I was afraid that it would make me look extra shimmery or glittery. Also it is somewhat difficult to choose the right shade for you, as they both look somewhat similar to each other. Long story short - omg! This is the best bronzer I have tried in a while!!
For starters, don't be fooled by a hand-swatch, this stuff is pigmented! And don't expect it to look glittery or shimmery, it won't! It actually doesn't even look powdery and thanks to its ultra fine mineral texture it is so so natural on the skin. The glow factor is minima
the new bronzing formula takes the “illuminating effects” of their signature Ambient Lighting powders with “bronze pigments” to give a “natural, sun-kissed glow.” This particular shade is designed for “medium/deep complexions.” It was very pigmented and a little went a long way. It’s rather full coverage, instead of buildable, but you can blend/diffuse it for a sheerer look as the formula is forgiving. It seemed rather sparkly when swatched, but the way it translated onto skin is almost magical, because I didn’t see a lot of sparkle, I saw the luminosity. The texture was silky, smooth and blends easily on the skin, while the sheen didn’t emphasize pores or the skin’s natural texture. It stayed on well for eight and a half hours before I noticed any fading. and its just absolutely stunning
Hourglass product is just simple stunning!I got mine the shade Radiant Bronze Light and its suits my tan skin!I love how it is marbled in the pan,and I can adjust how much i want my bronzer to be bronzed. It gives me the sunkissed glow, the texture is soft like butter! It is super blendable and buildable too!Its not shimmery- shimmery,Its more like a sheen!I love this bronzer and this is one of the bronzer everyone need to try out!
very pigmented and lightweight. Use with a light hand as a little can go a long way. The packaging is very bulky and a little heavy to carry around with you however the bronzer is a nice warm bronzer without being too orange toned and perfect for a wide range of skin tones. It also lasts long in the malaysian heat, even without a setting spray and gives off a slight shimmery effect on the cheeks without being too bold and sparkly.
